ER32 11mm Spring Collet Chuck for CNC Engraving Machine Lathe Milling Tool

Description:

1. This ER collet is used for CNC milling lathe tools and work holding engraving machines.

2. Collet must be placed into collet chuck nut before inserting into collet chuck.

Install and Disassembly Instruction:

1. Put the collet into the nut, turn it slightly, and wait until the eccentric part of the nut is recessed into the circlip groove, push the collet evenly to fit it into the nut.

2. Install the collet and nut on the chuck body or the spindle of the machine tool together, put the engraving tool into the clamping hole, use a wrench to tighten the nut until the engraving tool is firmly clamped.

3. When replacing the engraving tool, use a wrench to loosen the nut to bring out the chuck and engraving tool, remove the engraving tool, push the collet to make it exit, and then replace the collet with other size as needed.
