3.When there is no vibration or tilt, the product is in the closed ON/OFF state and is in a stable state. When there is vibration or tilt, the conductive resistance increases or decreases, and a current pulse signal is generated, thereby triggering the circuit.
4.The vibration sensor is a vibration sensing element developed for alarms. Because it simplifies the complicated structure of buzzer and magnet plus spring used in traditional alarms, it has been widely used in electric alarms in recent years.
Working Principle:
Normally, the switch of any angle is in the on state. When it is vibrated or moved, the roller that conducts current in the switch will move or vibrate, which will cause the passed current to be disconnected, or the resistance value is increased to trigger the circuit.
The characteristic of this kind of switch is that it is normally in the on state and will be disconnected briefly when it is vibrating, so it has high sensitivity. Through the setting of the IC, the customer can adjust according to the sensitivity requirement of the product.
