- V-Belts are the most common type of drive belt used for power transmission. They provide the best combination of traction, speed transfer, load distribution, and extended service life.
- Made of neoprene rubber material, high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high coefficient of friction. The outside fabric wrap is treated with highly oil and heat resistant.
- Tensile cords made of rigid polyurethane are embedded in the rubber for strength and reinforcement.
- Fit for many industrial applications, agricultural machinery, engineering machinery, etc.
- Proper belt tension and pulley alignment should be maintained during operation. Too little tension may cause slippage and wear on the belt and pulleys; too much tension makes the stress on the belt, pulleys and shaft too great.
