I have always been a big fan of Surefire flashlights and was considering buying a new one when I saw this light online. The Surefire light I was looking at was almost $200 and it was non-rechargable with less lumens. I figured for the price of this light it must be a piece of junk but took a chance. I have to say the quality of this light is as good as Surefire and the light is brighter. When I showed my wife how bright it was that night in our backyard she asked why I need a helicoptor spotlight? I would recommend this light to anyone and already have a few friends that will be picking one up.
The only negative is that you have to take the battery out to charge it rather than just putting the light on a cradle. Small inconvinience for such a great light.
