I purchased a Latino 4GB Mp4 player, the unit was faulty. I contacted sourcingmap who were very helpful. They asked me to return the unit and they replaced it immediately.
The new unit works fine and sourcingmap were extremely good in there after sales service.

Awesome player. Batt life is pretty good too. Gorgeous display for under $70.
