I ordered the 4 GB version of this player and it's working fine.
The support sent me a custom declaration invoice, so that I didn't payed any custom taxes.Thanks guys!!!

its alright, its hasnt got the best screen for MP4 at all though and the same for pictures. the music quality is good though and it's slim and light design is perfect for on the go. i got the 2gb one and so far it hasnt given me any troubles. i just drop and drag music, the software it comes with for movies couldnt be easier to use either.
all in all 3 / 5 (3 is for the fact that its an mp4 which doesnt do so well in playing movies!)
For moives , it support WMV, MPG, MPEG I, MPEG II converted to AMV playing (Software included) . Or you can download the converter tool “ 13. ¶ AMV Video Format Conversion Software for MP4 Player: Osmium '' by the below link
