When do I need to install the driver on my computer? You do not need to install the driver if your OS is Win2000 or WinXP. You only need to install driver if you are using Win95/98
Why can't my computer detect the player?

1. For Windows95/98, please install driver on the CD come with the player before the computer can read the MP3 player. Please DO NOT try to install anything from the CD if you are running Win2000/XP


2. Plug the player into the USB port of the computer


3. Double click "My Computer" icon on the desktop


4. Looking for "Removable Disk" in "My Computer" window
