- The monitor does not recognize the cable being plugged into the pc.

- I ordered the DVI-D converters and they sent me the DVI converters instead. The connections are different and they did not work. I will never order from this company again. I tried to call them several times and I was never able to get anyone on the phone. What a waste of time and money. Shop Amazon instead, they have everything for the same prices or less and free shipping in many cases.
