Press "time/alarm" key to switch between time or alarm mode.
Under the time mode, press "set" key to set the desired time, the hour display will flash at this point.
Press "BI/RECORD SOUND-12/24" key to switch between 12 hour-format or 24 hour-formats.
Press and hold "MIC" key while turning on the sound source to be recorded simultaneously which can be used as the sound of the alarm.
Press "TIME/ALARM" key, symbol will appear at the upper-right corner indicating that the device is now under the alarm mode.
